DPV – Diving Scooter
The underwater scooter, as an electromechanical means for dragging a man underwater, must have certain characteristics and peculiarities resulting from correct design and construction, in such a way as to avoid by all possible means, any type of injury to the person using it or damage to property.
The Course
At present, as there are no community standards addressed to this type of machine, it is a good idea to follow some useful technical specifications for the design and construction of underwater machines.
