Nitrox Diving

Further research has offered a solution which is to dive using oxygen enriched air mixtures.

The Course

During this course we will acquire all the basic information regarding nitrox, we will see what are the notable advantages that its use can offer us, we will consider the limitations to its use and any problems relating to failure to comply with safety parameters but, mainly, we will gain mastery of managing our dives using this blend.

  • Be at least 15 years old before the start of the course (for minors, parental or guardian authorization is required)
  • Be certified Open Water Diver (or equivalent level) or higher level
  • Have logged at least 10 dives as documented by your personal Log Book
  • Present a valid medical certificate issued no more than 12 months ago. (The doctor who signs the certificate cannot be the student himself)

The principle on which the philosophy of the course is based is that according to which the determining factor is not the time used for training, both theoretical and practical, but the achievement of mastery of the knowledge and skills in the water.
